What began as a simple love for scenic destinations across the United States has grown into a curated collection of getaway homes where people can breathe, explore, and Live Relaxed.

“We found some areas throughout the United States that we just loved,” says founder Nathan Whipple. “We decided to purchase places there not only for us to enjoy, but to share with others.”

Each W8 property blends natural surroundings, local culture, and thoughtful comfort — creating authentic experiences that invite guests to reconnect and recharge.

“In all of these areas, the outdoors brings people,” Nathan says. “Whether it’s the rivers and music in Arkansas or the hiking and history in Virginia, our goal is to help people experience those places and make memories together.”
