Sitting on two lots this historic home has plenty of room for your group to gather. The property includes the corner lot next to the house that could be used for picnics or outdoor games and bbq's. Each of the 4 bedrooms include a queen bed. The cozy living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, and armchair and is a great place to just relax.

Other Details to Note

Down stairs only has a half bath. The tub/shower is upstairs and not elderly/handicap friendly. It is an old fashioned style bath tub that you step into.

House rules

House is equipped with radiator heat, white radiators and pipes can get very warm. Laundry can be done in the washer and dryer. Laundry soap is provided. Smart TV will require your own login credentials to use a streaming service. Please log out of your streaming services before your departure! Upon departure we ask that you please take care of a few items so that we can quickly prepare the home for our next guests: 1. Please strip beds of sheets and pile them on the floor of the bedroom. 2. Place all dirty/used towels on restroom floor 3. Make sure any dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and please start the dishwasher. 4. Remove all food from house. 5. Take trash out to the outside trash cans.

Guest access

Most cars in the neighborhood park right on the street, so parking on the street directly in front of the house is fine. There is also an alleyway behind the house where cars can pull in next to the small shed for parking. Getting around town is very easy whether you decide to drive or walk. Downtown, shopping, and some restaurants are within a short distance if you prefer to walk.

A very nice and unique experience! The place had plenty of space for all of us, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were lucky enough to spot a couple of deer, which made the stay even more special

We really enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s place! The house is older but in great shape. It’s got a big porch with a couple of rocking chairs, which was very relaxing. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Find us

Parking is free and parking on the street is just fine. Most people park right in front of the house. There is also an alleyway in the back where visitors can access additional parking for the property.
