House Rules
Cleaning Before Leaving:
1. strip beds and leave in a pile on beds
2. load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and start dishwasher. Leave sink clean/empty
3. remove all food from fridge and freezer. Quickly wipe any mess made from your stay.
4. Leave all trash BAGGED inside the outdoor trash can. If staying on a Monday night please put trash can to the road and bring back in Tuesday after 5pm.
5. Put all dirty towels in a pile on the laundry room floor.

This property is beautiful. The decor, along with the pool table, makes this a fun place to stay. The house is stocked with everything imaginable, doing a great job of being hospitable. I'm hard pressed to think of anything missing. We were very comfortable staying here and plan to look for this listing the next time we come to the Buffalo River. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the main highway (65). The property is situated off a gravel road (less than a mile in length).

We all loved “wishing’ to be fishin” cabin in the woods! Clean, comfortable, well equipped, great beds and decorated so well. Beautiful location with excellent information to get there and to get inside.

We were incredibly grateful for our stay at "Wishin 2 B Fishin." As a native Arkansas, it brought me so much joy to share the beauty of our Natural State with a could of out-of-state friends. The cabin was absolutely beautiful-peaceful, clean, and very well cared for. We love the quiet serenity of the area and were delighted to spot several chipmunks during our stay. We even made a furry friend in the neighbor's dog, which added a sweet, homey touch to our visit.
The host was exceptionally kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. A quick note for future guests: be sure to follow the directions provided by the host, as Google Maps led us a bit astray.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty. The location is very close to Tyler Bend, Silver Hill Floating Service, Buffalo Outfitters, and Gilbert. We had a great time.

My husband and his friends had the best time at this cabin. Although the rain kept them inside the first 2 days, they were lucky to be in such a nice and cozy cabin. The scenery was beautiful and the cabin was very well kept. Our host gave very clear instructions on the check in/out process. He also gave great places for fishing. We definitely would recommend this place and hope to visit again someday,

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described, easy check in, beautiful area. It’s the perfect place to get away from everything and relax. Perfect location if you are wanting to float the Buffalo River. We can’t wait to go back again!

Great find. The area was quiet and private without being isolated. The cabin was well-kept and well-maintained and decorated to the hilt. The kitchen was the best supplied I’ve encountered at a rental, which was fantastic since we cooked every meal there. Nathan responded quickly to questions, too. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, comfortable cabin. The place is even better than the pictures appear to show. The hosts were responsive, and all necessary information was communicated clearly. It is a great place to stay when we visit family in the area. We hope to use this property again.

Wishin’ to be fishin’ was a gorgeous and cozy cabin. We enjoyed the space tremendously. It’s decorated so cute and there are so many details and charm to the cabin. The space was spotless! Nathan and Michelle communicated with me before, during, and after our stay. I hope to come back with our kiddos. Thanks for making our 20th wedding anniversary memorable!
